Who Can Join and What Jobs Are There?

PAF offers three main kinds of jobs:

Commissioned Officers These are the big roles—pilots, engineers, air deference officers, IT experts, education, and admin officers. You must be an unmarried Pakistani with F.S.c (Pre-Engineering) or a bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks.

Airmen These are support and technical jobs: Aero Trade, Fitness Instructors, Firefighters, Drivers, Medical Assistants, Security, Sports roles. You’ll need a science matric with at least 60% marks. Age: 15.5 to 22/24 (depends on the job). Height: 163–188 cm.

Civilian Employees These are non-uniform jobs—clerks, IT support, teachers, drivers, technicians. They’re about 40% of PAF’s team. Perks include promotions, pension, medical care, and job training.
